The DEA and Biden administration should stay in their lane for this rescheduling boondoggle is OUTSIDE OF THEIR JURISDICTION and in VIOLATION OF THE 9TH & 10TH AMENDMENTS OF THE US CONSTITUTION.
As if the “adult use” DPA legalization bills haven’t ruined the once burgeoning market ushered in by HISTORIC MEDICAL MARIJUANA BILLS such as what CA passed in 1997 with the COMPASSIONATE USE ACT isn’t enough!
Biden, who is responsible for the darkest chapter of the drug war (after the Biden Crime Bill passed in 1994), after imprisoning millions, and Kamala Harris, as CA State Attorney General, who famously lied and kept known innocent people in prison to keep up with CA’s insane (and profitable) prisoner population quotas are RESPONSIBLE for this attempt to hand over cannabis to the pharmaceutical industry.
Demand they STAY IN THEIR LANE!
