Meet the USCC

The USCC was founded by longtime cannabis activist and political scientist Roger Stone Jr.

On April 20th 2017 Roger Stone announced at 4:20pm the creation of a new dynamic Cannabis Liberation Coalition based on his friendship with the new President and after his 30 years of Cannabis freedom campaigning, and shortly there after met longtime Cannabis and Hemp Activist Patrick H Moore in California who introduced him to the conservative Cannabis Liberation movement in California with pioneers including Jack Herer, Dennis Peron, Richard Davis of the USA Hemp Museum, and Craig X Rubin who all had spent more time protecting Prop 215 from Progressive Democrats then from Anti Cannabis crusaders. Roger placed Patrick Moore as Director and an early plan was developed: avoid the problematic MORE Act and that ridiculous Schumer scheme and focus on descheduling Industrial Hemp first. As well we pushed the STATES Act and SAFE Banking Acts as simple and reasonable steps almost everyone agreed were needed. Early in 2018 POTUS Trump announced publically from Colorado that he would sign the STATES Act, SAFE Banking Act and the deschedulting of Hemp…We were off and running! we got Hemp descheduling very simply and fairly added to the 2018 Farm Bill which was signed into law December 20th 2018. That was a huge win for our team and country at large. Hemp is speculated to be a game changing industrial product worth a trillion a year in food, fuel, plastics, animal feed, textiles, varnishes, concretes and insulations. From there the need for a conservative comprehensive legalization bill, was paramount and some believed impossible. by 2021 republicans had written and introduced 2 bills into Congress that federally deschedule Cannabis while not expanding it’s taxation federally or adding bizarre new structures to hyper control this new industry. We lined it up for a true homerun!

The THC Ministry is based on ancient wisdom, modern science and the enlightening and healing properties of cannabis sacrament. “A sacrament is the visible form of an invisible grace,” according to St. Augustine. I invite you into a world of greater religious freedom, personal empowerment and optimum health TODAY!

Craig X Rubin

Craig is passionate about representing cannabis in a positive way. He appears in television and film dressed conservatively. His goals has always been to show the economic impact that ending hemp prohibition could have on the US and global economy. He is the author to the book 9021GROW. Cannabis is the world’s greatest natural resource and prohibition has been costly not only economically, but to the health of our society.

Patrick Moore

Patrick H. Moore is a lifelong Health Freedom Activist who worked on the 1994 federal Health Freedom Bill, assuring fair and reasonable access to supplements and medicines, and on California’s 1996 Compassionate Use Act assuring radical access to Cannabis as medicine.

He consulted with Rep. Dennis Kucinich’s two presidential campaigns in 2000 and 2004, about Hemp’s industrial potential to create prosperity and sustainability for America. He supported Congressman Ron Paul’s two presidential runs in 2008 and 2012 and consulted with Dr. Paul about Cannabis’s potential to transform modern medicine with California’s medical marijuana community as a model. Patrick has testified to Congress, reported to the media, and influenced influential people to embrace and support the profound possibilities of reintroducing Cannabis Hemp into mainstream use.

He is motivated by the goal of enshrining the peoples’ constitutional rights to choose their food, medicine, sacrament, and industrial resources through the tools of the Republic.

Jeanetta Pérez

Jeanette Pérez has a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and an M.A. in Sociology of Education from NYU.

She is has worked in the field of education for the last 22 years.

She became a Cannabis Hemp advocate in 2010 by signing onto California’s Cannabis Legalization efforts collecting signatures & doing outreach for the California Cannabis Hemp & Health Initiative (2011-2012) and served as Executive Secretary of the board in 2016. Subsequently, after CCHI2016 failed to qualify on the ballot and Prop 64 did, she campaigned against hyper-regulatory, globalist cannabis legalization efforts such as Proposition 64 (Control, Regulate & Tax the Adult Use of Marijuana Act) in California with a small group of dedicated grassroots medical marijuana patients.

She is a co-founder and director of CA Hemp Outreach Project for Education (CA HOPE).

Jeanette seeks to help restore the integrity of the Cannabis Hemp plant, in the consciousness of the people and on earth, through education and action by eating, wearing and sharing about the over 50,000 uses of hemp.

Driven by her concern for the wellbeing of the current and future politic, Jeanette continues to advocate for the fair and equal access to the Cannabis Hemp plant in CA in the effort to qualify and pass the Cannabis Hemp Heritage Act 2020 on the General Election November 2, 2019.
